Rates

Initial intake visit:

  • $150 per 53-minute session
  •  Sessions after initial intake. $125 per 53-minute session

Credit care, debit card, or HSA card payments will be billed after session. 

Insurances accepted at this time are: United Healthcare; Oxford; Oxford Health, Aetna, Optum, FL Blue/BCBS, Cigna.

Payment

I accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA cards on my medical records portal of SimplePractice. Clients coming in via Headway can also pay though there. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
